Junior Graphic Designer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design 1+ years' of creative design experience.
- Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & and InDesign.
- Strong typography and communication skills.
- Keen to learn and grow in the design field.
- Video & Animation & 3D Skills are plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning design concepts according to briefs, for Branding, Packaging, Print & Digital Design.
- Conceptualising designs from start to finish for the above-mentioned areas.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows
This position is on-site and requires you to be in the office at Tardeo, Mumbai.

We are looking for an organised, efficient and detail-oriented individual who is keen on working in the marketing and design space.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in any related field
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, along with good time management skills.
- Previous experience in marketing/design is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding the projects/briefs, and assisting the founder with client strategies.
- Onboarding clients, creating project plans and assigning briefs and tasks to internal teams.
- Organising and maintaining all incoming leads and assisting in creating pitch decks, proposals and other sales materials.
- Maintaining and generating ideas for internal social media and marketing activities.

- Understanding and Managing day to day workings of a design studio, while working within internal teams to streamline client servicing and other aspects of the business.
- Streamlining the sales process with the development of appropriate materials required to reach prospective markets/clients. Making proposals and plans for projects and prospective clients.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication with strong organisational & project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Available for a minimum 6-month internship
